HOW DO I....
OBTAIN A REPEAT PRESCRIPTION?
If you are on regular
medication you may order a repeat prescription by post, personally or by telephoning
01484 543016 from 9.00am to 12 noon Monday to Friday.
Please allow 48 hours before collecting your prescription. We are unable to take orders
or issue repeat prescriptions at the weekend, during public holidays or out of
normal surgery hours.
